Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Air Duct Cleaning Services (airductcleaningservices.co), a directory operated by Volamo LLC ("Volamo," "we," "us"). By browsing the site, submitting a quote request, or claiming a listing, you agree to these terms.
The directory
Air Duct Cleaning Services lists businesses using a mix of publicly available information and, once a listing is claimed, information its verified owner provides. Ratings and review counts shown are attributed to their source. We aggregate this information but don't independently verify every claim a business makes about itself.
Accuracy disclaimer
We work to keep listing information accurate, but make no guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. If you spot something wrong, contact us — or, if you're the owner, claim the listing to correct it directly.
Quote requests
When you submit a quote-request form, we forward it to the business(es) you selected. We don't guarantee a response, an appointment, or a completed job — the resulting agreement, if any, is between you and that business, not with Volamo.
Claiming & verification
A business owner may request to claim their listing at no charge. We verify ownership (currently by phone/text code, with manual review during early access) before granting edit access to the listing.
Featured & Pro subscriptions
A claimed business may purchase a monthly Featured or Pro subscription. Featured/sponsored placements are clearly labeled as paid everywhere they appear — they never replace organic ranking, which is earned from ratings and review depth and is never sold. Subscriptions bill monthly and can be canceled anytime through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period — no annual contract, no early-termination fee.
No guarantee of leads
We don't guarantee any minimum number of quote requests, leads, or new customers from a free listing or a paid subscription.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, and only claim a business you're authorized to represent.
- Don't misuse the service — no unlawful use, no attempts to overload or breach it, no automated scraping beyond what robots.txt allows, no fraudulent form submissions.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of content you submit or approve on a claimed listing.
Intellectual property
Volamo owns the site, its software, and its editorial content. You own your business's data and content; claiming a listing grants us only the limited rights needed to display what you submit.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volamo's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the service, cancel a subscription, or request removal of a claimed listing at any time. We may suspend or end service for misuse or non-payment.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Volamo LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we materially change these terms we'll update this page and the effective date above; continued use means acceptance.
