Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Volamo LLC ("Volamo," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Air Duct Cleaning Services (airductcleaningservices.co) — including its quote-request forms and business-claim flow. Questions or requests any time: accounts@volamo.com.
Information we collect
- Quote-request & claim-form fields — your name, phone number, email address, and anything else you type into a quote-request or claim-request form (service details, message, business name).
- Consent record — which version of our consent notice you agreed to on that form, and when.
- Technical data — a salted, non-reversible hash of your IP address (never your raw IP) and your browser's user-agent string, used only for spam and rate-limit protection.
- Business listing data — publicly available business information (name, address, phone, hours, categories, reviews) that we aggregate to build directory listings, and, once a listing is claimed, the information its verified owner provides.
How we use information
- To pass your quote request to the specific provider(s) you selected on the form.
- To verify ownership and activate an owner account when you claim a listing, via our identity service at id.volamo.com.
- To process Featured or Pro subscription billing through Stripe, if you purchase a paid plan.
- To notify our internal team via Discord when a new quote request or claim comes in.
- To secure the service and prevent spam and abuse.
How we share information
A quote request is shared only with the specific business(es) you selected on the form — never sold, and never shared with other businesses you didn't select. We do not sell personal information to anyone. We share data with the service providers below only to the extent needed to run the service you used, under confidentiality obligations:
- Cloudflare — hosting, network, and the database that stores form submissions.
- Stripe — billing for Featured/Pro subscriptions.
- Our identity service (id.volamo.com) — owner accounts and claim verification.
- Discord — internal notifications to our team; only page/business context, never used for anything beyond routing the request internally.
Cookies
This site sets cookies only when needed to keep a claim/owner session signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site ad-tracking pixels.
Retention
Quote-request data is kept as long as needed to fulfill the request and for a reasonable follow-up window. Owner-account and billing data is kept for as long as the account is active, plus what's required for our accounting and legal obligations.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time: email accounts@volamo.com with the subject line "Delete my data" from (or naming) the phone number or email you submitted. We honor deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we'll update this page and the effective date above.
